Founded in 1989, Spring Thyme Herb Farm is the proud pioneer of organic and locally grown herbs in the Brandywine Valley, selling to local restaurants, caterers, grocery stores and natural and organic food stores. Today, Spring Thyme Herb Farm continues to supply customers with the highest quality herbs for a healthier, happier lifestyle.  Due to the perishable nature of fresh herbs and edible flowers we do not ship them to individual customers.  Our drivers deliver our products directly to the businesses we serve.

Our Story 

We are a small family farm using organic growing practices to produce healthy, fragrant herbs and vibrant edible flowers. Our herbs and flowers are carefully harvested by hand and packed to order to ensure superior quality and freshness. We started growing organically in 1989 and became certified organic shortly thereafter.  In addition to being a USDA certified organic grower, certified by Pennsylvania Certified Organic, we are a USDA certified organic processor and work with other carefully selected certified high quality organic herb growers to ensure year round availability of our products.

Our founder, Marjorie Lamb, has a love of herbs and flowers and a commitment to sustainability and organic agriculture.

Spring Thyme Herb Farms herbs and flowers are  carefully hand picked and packed exclusively to custom order to ensure superior quality and freshness.
